Accessing CITI Course for the First Time

  1. Log on to http://go.osu.edu/citi with your Ohio State Username (lastname.#) and Password. 
  2. The Office of Research CITI Portal will display two choices.
    1. I am a new CITI user:  Select this option only if you have never before registered a CITI account or accessed the CITI site. To successfully sync your course completions with the Ohio State systems, use your defaulted Ohio State email address (lastname.#@osu.edu) when prompted. After your account has been created, you will be taken to the CITI Main Menu.
    2. I am an existing CITI user:  Select this option if you have previously accessed CITI and have an account. When prompted, enter your CITI username and password. If you do not remember your CITI login information, contact CITI support for assistance. Make sure your account is affiliated with Ohio State University and update your email with your name.#@osu.edu email address. After entering the proper CITI credentials, you will be taken to the CITI Main Menu.
