Cayuse is a system-to-system web-based tool for most federal/grants.gov proposal submissions. The major exception is that NSF proposals are submitted through Research.gov.

Log into Cayuse

Grant Access to Someone Else

Open the proposal in Cayuse.
On the upper right-hand side of the form, you will see a key icon.
Click on the key.
On the Proposal Permissions page, click the +Add User button.
Type in the person's name or name.# and click the Search button.
Select the correct name from the list then check the appropriate permissions.
