Access Cayuse

Cayuse is a system-to-system web-based tool for most federal/grants.gov proposal submissions. The major exception is that NSF proposals are submitted through Research.gov.

Log into Cayuse

Grant Access to Someone Else

• Open the proposal in Cayuse. 
• On the upper right-hand side of the form, you will see a key icon. 
• Click on the key. 
• On the Proposal Permissions page, click the +Add User button. 
• Type in the person's name or name.# and click the Search button. 
• Select the correct name from the list then check the appropriate permissions.
