Huron IRB - Closing a study when Ohio State is the IRB of record
Estimated Reading Time: < 1 Minute- Select Create modification/CR.
- Under ‘What is the purpose of this submission’, select continuing review.
- In the continuing review application, select the first four options in question 4 (screenshot below). That will prompt an option to close the study (question 5).
- Complete any required options on the page.
- The PI can submit the application.
